Constitution of the Unified Kingdom

I, the Ruler of the Unified Kingdom, hereby draft this constitution in hopes of Uniting the countries of Fauxs, Johnland, and the Redstoneland

Article I - The Feudal System of Power & Laws

Section I

The Governmental system in deciding laws shall be Made one of two ways; Either the Council of Lords draft, look over, and vote on a law, and get the Monarchs signature and seal of approval, or the Monarch can draft, review, and sign any law they wish into the Constitution.(Until the Council Chambers are finished, any meetings are to be held in the Throne Room[currently the Throne Patio]).

Section II

A seat in the Council of Lords can only be obtained through Lordship of a town or settlement, and must only be a citizen of the kingdom. Additionally, the town must be developed far enough to have at least three custom houses, a ship, or a small stone fortification. Building more is encouraged.

Section III

The Highest section of the Feudal System belongs to one person and one person only, the ruler of The Kingdom. No God or House may rise above the position unless deemed necessary in a unanimous vote in the Council of Lords, which exists beneath the Monarch. NO OUTSIDE VOICE HAS ANY SWAY OVER THIS VOTE!

Article II - The Rights of the Citizen and Above

Section I

While the Citizen is only higher than prisoners (which are higher than prisoners of war) they are still considered to have rights. If any citizen is wronged from within or from outside of our borders, then the aggressor may be arrested and put on trial.

Section II

If anyone above the rank of citizen is assaulted by an external force, the Unified Kingdom has a right to capture that person and drag them to their own personal court. If the act was too egregious, then the debacle may proceed to the International Court, However it must pass by the Kingdoms Court.

Section II

Alliances that request our support will often get it in the form of supplies, however, if the opposing forces attack or steal from the Unified Kingdom, the Kingdom will join with its military might. IF AND ONLY IF the damage done is greater than or equal to the price above, then the draft can be instated, which requires every able-bodied citizen to fight in the war.
