The Kingdom Of The Fallen
Statement of intentions
We, The Castaways,
set forth to establish the Kingdom of The Fallen and bring order to the lands of Helioth, VenCarith, and Marshhollow to bring the power back into the hands of those who are fallen and castaway. We hereby create and make official this Constitution for the Kingdom Of The Fallen.
Pillar One
We set forth with the intention to stop at nothing to remain in power over The Kingdom of The Fallen, to give freedom and safety from those who would attempt to dethrone us or hurt the Fallen. We stand unmoving in this effort so that no one will ever tear us apart.
Pillar Two
We set forth that the words from the mouth of our chosen leader is law and final (except when it isn’t)
Pillar Three
We set forth that the vote of The Council is law and final (except when it isn’t).
Pillar Four
We set forth the creation of a council to oversee the territory and land held in sovereign power by the Kingdom of The Fallen.
- This council is hereby given authority over the sovereign Kingdom of The Fallen, the first and true home of those who fell and were castaway.
- This council is hereby given the right to oversee all legal matters of the Kingdom of The Fallen.
- This council, with a unified vote, is given power over the citizens of The Kingdom of The Fallen with the rights and duties to ensure a safe protected land.
- This council is set forth with the goal of protecting the citizens and ensuring no harm comes to them without due action taken on those who would harm our citizens.
- This council, if united in truth and feeling, may attempt to take a decision from the chosen leader under advisement and overturn its ruling. If the leader refuses to change the ruling and the council is still united in truth and feeling may take this ruling to the International Council and state this part of our constitution and request an intervention. THIS RULING IF USED IMPROPERLY MAY RESULT IN A BANISHMENT FROM THE KINGDOM AND HELL
