The Kingdom Of The Fallen
Rules of the people
The laws in this document not only apply to all land under the nation of the claim of The Kingdom of The Fallen, but also apply to all items, objects, and bases belonging to a member of the kingdom.
We respect all international laws stated on the Wsmp councils’ portion of the website
1. No Griefing
A. Griefing.
This includes breaking blocks on other people’s bases or projects without permission, lighting someone’s bases or projects on fire, exploding someone else’s bases or projects, or generally causing a disturbance that would bother another player.
B. Unwanted blocks.
No placing unwanted blocks and/or structures inside of someone else’s claims.
C. Claiming of griefing.
No claiming grief structures as your own to avoid punishment or removal (TNT holes, waterlogged builds, lava casts)
2. No Murder
A. Murder.
This includes pets (Any passive or hostile creatures in/on someone’s base or property claimed to be a pet, Within reason.), armor stands, players, villagers(pets or not)
B. Legal murder.
Murder of a pet can be legally done if it is causing lag or another form of disturbance (within reason), But needs to be cleared with the owner of the pet(s), If said player refuses to stop the disturbance you can get a towns supervisor to review the issue and find a solution
3. No Stealing
A. Stealing.
In case it was not very obvious. YOU MAY NOT STEAL FROM ANY OTHER MEMBER ON THE SERVER.
B. More on stealing.
Any person(s) found to have stolen from a member of The Kingdom of The Fallen will be prosecuted.
C. Respecting permission.
You may have been given permission to take from someone’s base, or someone’s farm, however please remember if a distinct number of items was not agreed upon to only take what you need, and if you are found to be abusing permission/good will you will be fined.
D. Inactive players.
It is important to respect players who have gone inactive for long periods of time. It is illegal to change or take from an inactive players base unless direct permission is given to you by either the player who has gone inactive, the Leader of Fallen, or the admin staff.
4. Building Code
A. Visible builds.
Builds within pre-established Fallen settlements need to be cleared with the settlement leader before work is started on them, however it is not necessary to plan the project out completely first providing the leader of a settlement gives you a plot in their settlement.
A.1 Requests for change.
If a leader of a settlement feels like your build is significantly out of style for their area, or if your build begins to be significantly outside of your claim without approval a leader may request you reconcile the issue otherwise they have the right to request an intervention from The Fallen Council. If The Fallen Council finds that you are violating the terms you agreed to by building in a settlement then you may be asked to fulfill the leaders requests or forfeit your claim in this area and move.
B. Creepers/Explosions/Other damage.
All damage to public land needs to be repaired to its former state if caused directly or indirectly by your presence.
C. Public land.
Builds that are part of settlement infrastructure are a important part of any area, however builds that will change the unclaimed land significantly but are not your base(e.g Public parks, Public Gardens, Public Farms, Waterfalls, Fountains, ect) may need to be cleared with the other members of the settlement or the settlement leader.
D. Claiming in settlements.
To claim a plot inside a settlement the agreement may vary between leaders and groups, however here is a suggested baseline agreement, as well as some things to consider before choosing a settlement.
D.1 Baseline agreement.
I (moving player) agree to the rules of (settlement name), and will follow all listed rules to the best of my ability. I will respect the set style of building(if applicable) and keep to said style unless given permission not to by the leader of the settlement. I agree to the building code listed in The Fallen Rules of The People.
D.2 Objects of consideration.
These are the suggested things to consider before choosing a settlement to live in.
~ Do I want to live under the settlement’s rules and leaders?
~ Do I want to build in the pre-existing style?
~ Do I want to keep my base to the size I am given?
~ Do I want to build in proximity to the other members of the settlement?
If you answered no to any of these questions, consider a different settlement.
E. Adjusting land.
Any adjustments to established terraforming (e.g adjustments to waterfalls, rivers, paths, farms, etc) may need to be approved by the settlement leaders(depending on the area)
5. Claiming and National monuments
A. Claiming a Settlement.
To claim a settlement for The Kingdom of The Fallen you must make a request to The Leader of The Fallen, or The Council of The Fallen. Here is a suggested format for a request, though providing you have all of the details required in this suggestion then you may format it however you choose.
A.1 Baseline agreement.
I (Founding player) request permission to open a settlement as laid out in Rules of The People: 5.A, I would like to create a settlement at (x,y,z) under the name “namehere”. I (want/don’t want) this to be a public settlement.
A.2 Additional items.
These are the suggested things to add/consider before creating a settlement.
~ Do you have a flag for this settlement?
~ Do I want to create a set style for this area?
~ Do you want to have a set law code or constitution?
B. RE. 4.D Claiming in settlements.

D.1 Baseline agreement.

C. National Monuments.
The Kingdom of The Fallen has the right to place Monument status on important cultural sites. Unless stated otherwise it will fall under the same restrictions as outlined for D. Historical Monuments.
D. Historical Monuments.
The Kingdom of The Fallen considers any builds that meet two criteria to be a historical monument/object.
1. They must be either built by a Fallen citizen, built for a Fallen citizen, or built on Fallen land.
2. They must be over 150 days old.
If an object, item, or build fits these requirements then you must treat it with full respect. This object now has a new set of requirements outlined below.
(The Council and Leader of The Kingdom of The Fallen may choose to not enforce these laws in some cases where specific permission is given.)
D.1 Stealing.
If you are found to have stolen from a Historical Monument/Object you will be tried for double the worth of the item, and possibly banished from the country.
D.2 Murder.
If you kill a pet or animal meeting the criteria of Historical Monument, you will be tried for Warcrimes 2. On Top of the punishment resulting from that you are bound to 10 diamond blocks to the Historical Monument, a full apology to the owner of the pet (If ai is found to have been used in the apology you will be banished from the Fallen and a official strike put on your record in the discord)
D.3 Griefing.
If you alter a Historical monument/Object you will be forced to repair the damaged area and depending on the damage further punishment may be decided in court.
D.4 RE 3.D Inactive players.
It is important to respect players who have gone inactive for long periods of time. It is illegal to change or take from an inactive players base unless direct permission is given to you by either the player who has gone inactive, the Leader of Fallen, or the admin staff.
D.5 Additional charges.
Any other offense to a Historical Monument/Object not listed here but still causing emotional or physical damage may be tried for under unspecified damages with reparations to be decided in court.
6. Pets and other mobs
A. Limits on ownership.
Due to the nature of this game it is normal to end up with a few pets, although there is a restriction on how many pets you can legally keep in one base, due to lag and not wanting one person to have an entire army for no reason, The limit for one type of pet is 5-10 depending on what type of mob it is.
B. Classification of pets.
Any mob can be classified as a pet, but that doesn’t mean every mob will automatically be considered your pet, meaning you can’t just spawn a wither and say it’s your pet, BUT if you somehow prove that the wither is safe for other citizens and won’t damage property by having it in some kind of cage then if the town leader approves it then it’s can be your pet.
C. RE: 2. Murder:**
Murder of a pet can be legally done if it is causing lag or another form of disturbance (within reason), But needs to be cleared with the owner of the pet(s), If said player is refusing to stop the disturbance you can get a towns supervisor to review the issue and find a solution
D. Villagers.
Villagers are legally a gray area in Minecraft, they aren’t quite a pet they aren’t quite a person. Therefore villagers will be classified outside of set legal definitions and will be in their own category.
6. The Villager Code
A. RE:5 Pets and other mobs** Villagers.
Villagers are legally a gray area in Minecraft, they aren’t quite a pet they aren’t quite a person. Therefore villagers will be classified outside of set legal definitions and will be in their own category.
B. Villager Rights:
Villagers are entitled to the following rights under Fallen law, This only applies to new villages under Fallen
B.1 Living accommodations.
Due to the nature of villagers being trading their work spaces often becoming their homes this is a fact that is sad to Fallen officials therefore we are setting forth that all villagers must have at least 9 blocks to themselves. The nine blocks must contain a bed, a workstation, and storage. This only applies to new villages under Fallen
B.2 Working lives.
Villagers are a working creature by nature but this means that we should respect that they need to make a living. Unless it is absolutely necessary Villagers should not be zombified just to get better prices.
B.3 Breeding.
Villager breeders that create villagers 24/7 just to cause them to suffocate is strictly illegal, villager breeders must allow villagers to be free into a room with beds or some other form of space that is suitable till they are let into the outside world.
B.4 Death.
Villagers should not be killed for a wasteful reason. Villagers deserve a proper death and burial. Villagers can be put down if they are deemed a risk to the greater village, Or if they are not working within the proper set of village laws. Lastly, Villagers may be allowed to rest forever if they are unable to handle the stress of the job.
B.5 Payment.
Villagers must be paid for their services in any farm that requires them to be at risk.
C. Secondary laws. Villages must be registered with the government for tax and population reasons.
7. The Temporal Code
A. The point of this code.
The Temporal Code has been set into law due to the nature of this world being chaotic and its timelines seem to occasionally rearrange, Sense this rearranging can cause temporal crimes to be committed before a temporal law was legally held, we have decided that any laws in this code have always existed.
B. Books, and the future.
As for the fact that books may exist in the future and you may exist in the past with said copy from the future, it is strictly illegal to show to, read to, or influence the wills of the author with works that they have yet to read. PLEASE AVOID READING AUTHORS THEIR OWN WORK IF THEY HAVE NOT YET WRITTEN IT.
C. DEATH.
For all reasons sacred to our leader, we are to not attempt to bring people back from the dead. I STATE THIS AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BRING BACK THE DEAD. THROUGH TIME TRAVEL OR MAGIC. DO NOT BRING BACK THE DEAD.
D. LIFE.
For reasons obvious to all please do not bring anyone or anything into this world that was not supposed to be here/alive already. Do not stop someone from existing by messing with their lineage or any other method that would cause someone to no longer exist. Do not change someone’s life path. ALL OF THESE APPLY TO USING MAGIC OR TIME TRAVEL. DO NOT MESS WITH LIFE.
E. Politics.
Do not use information from the future to mess with active politics from the past. Do not recreate political horrors from different dimensions because it’s funny. Do not become a god to a small nation in the past so that when it becomes modern times they now worship you as an immortal god that is all-knowing just so you can win an election at work.(This one is mostly for Asic). DO NOT MESS WITH THE NATURAL POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURES
